You will learn the different types of nonprofits, the benefits of a 501c3, how to name and classify your entity, and how to make sure your nonprofit is set up correctly.
Day 2: How to Define Your Nonprofit Niche and Vision
If you don’t know what your organization stands for and what you want to accomplish, you will fall for anything that looks like an opportunity. Gain clarity to define your vision, create your mission statement, and write your core values and beliefs.
Day 3: How To Recruit Board Members and Supporters
Learn the basic requirements of forming a board and identify the skills your board members may need to have. Learn all about board member structure, how to recruit and build an active board, and how to attract supporters.
